We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join Dobson & Parnell Restaurant part of the Hooked-on Group.

As Pastry Chef you will be required to run the pastry section from where you’ll deliver high quality desserts. Therefore, a passion for food and a desire to create exciting and innovative pastry work is essential.

Additionally, you will be expected to take responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes in the section, ensuring consistent presentation and customer satisfaction.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have the following attributes:

  • Experience as a Pastry Chef
  • Experience in chocolate work and breadmaking
  • Experience in creating and developing new dishes
  • Experience in AA rosette restaurants
  • Passion for pastry with a desire to learn and work hard
  • Enthusiasm to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
