Dobson & Parnell, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie with a passion for food and customer service.

We are also looking for an experienced, customer driven bar tender to join the front of house team.

Full time Chef de Partie

The successful candidates must have:

• Great organisation skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Good knowledge of food, butchery and filleting is essential to this role.

About the Role
Most of your time will be spent preparing, cooking and presenting food. You must ensure that your staff follow the procedures agreed verbally and detailed in the Staff Handbook concerning Food Safety and Hygiene and ensure the Company conforms to all relevant legislation. You are responsible for ensuring excellent levels of guest service by: good preparation, maintenance and cleaning of the operation; effective communication between at all levels; and good teamwork.

Skills / Experience
The successful Chef de Partie candidates will have at least one year’s relevant experience, a friendly personality, excellent customer care skills and good attention to detail.

Part time bar tender

You are responsible for gaining a good knowledge and understanding of style and standards of food and drink we serve and reproducing food and drink to those agreed standards efficiently, effectively and consistently when providing a meal experience for our guests.

You must have an enthusiastic, customer driven and friendly personality.
