We’re thrilled to welcome Ad Gefrin, Northumberland’s first whisky distillery in over 200 years. Inspired by the region’s rich Anglo-Saxon heritage, Ad Gefrin crafts single malt whisky using locally grown malting barley and water from the Cheviot Hills, alongside blends such as Tácnbora and other spirits, including Thirlings Dry Gin.
Enjoy a six-course tasting menu showcasing the finest locally sourced fish and seafood, with each course expertly paired with Ad Gefrin’s award-winning spirits.
