We are delighted to announce that Dobson & Parnell has been officially accredited by Taste of Northumberland, recognising our commitment to championing the exceptional food and drink producers of Northumberland and the wider North East.

Located on Newcastle’s Quayside, Dobson & Parnell has built its reputation on seasonal cooking, sustainable sourcing and celebrating the best ingredients our region has to offer. This accreditation reflects our ongoing dedication to working with local farmers, growers, fishermen and artisan producers whose passion and craftsmanship help shape our menus.

Led by Head Chef Kyle Bowman, our open kitchen and social dining concept combines the finest Northumberland produce with subtle global influences. From shareable small plates to larger feasting dishes, every menu is designed around seasonality, sustainability and our nose-to-tail philosophy, ensuring ingredients are used thoughtfully and responsibly.

Guests can enjoy ingredients and products such as Lindisfarne oysters, Northumberland goat, locally grown leeks and swede, alongside award-winning spirits from Ad Gefrin and Hepple. These carefully selected ingredients showcase the quality, provenance and diversity that make Northumberland one of the UK’s most exciting food destinations.
