Tasting menu takes you on a culinary adventure

Guests can now indulge in a special five or seven-course gastronomic journey around the fine dining menu at Dobson & Parnell.

Troy Terrington, chef patron of Dobson & Parnell has carefully devised a creative seven-course tasting menu, together with matching wines, showcasing the very best of refined British and European cuisine.

The vegetarian version of the menu features the very best of local, seasonal produce and can also be adapted for a vegan diet.

The tasting menu is available from Thursday through Saturday lunch time 12pm-1pm and Wednesday through Saturday evening 5.30pm-9.30pm, for a maximum of 8 guests per table. Guests are advised to book in advance and to allow 2.5 – 3 hours to fully savour the tasting menu experience.
