The Hooked-on Group is the parent company of Blackfriars Restaurant and Dobson & Parnell in Newcastle for whom it provides management services, as it also does for Hinnies Restaurant in Whitley Bay.
The company oversees legals, finances, design, menus, marketing, human resources, IT and technology. The Group is owned and managed by Andy and Sam Hook who also provide consultancy services for other businesses in the hospitality industry.
Staff are the core of our business with human resources managed centrally. A personal training plan is agreed with all employees to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
