D&P launches culinary adventure

Guests can now indulge in a special seven-course gastronomic journey around the fine dining menu at Dobson & Parnell.

Troy Terrington, chef patron of Dobson & Parnell, which opened at 21 Queen Street in December 2017, has carefully devised a creative seven-course tasting menu, together with matching wines, showcasing the very best of refined British and European cuisine.

The vegetarian version of the menu features preserved vegetable salad, North country shoots, slow cooked egg charred broccoli with pickled radish and sourdough, North country beetroots with celeriac remoulade, and potato pasta, mushroom, truffle and parmesan.

The tasting menu, priced at £65 per person for seven courses, and £100 per person for seven courses with wine pairing, is available from 5.30 – 9pm between Tuesday and Saturday, for a maximum of eight guests per table. Guests are advised to book in advance and to allow 2.5 – 3 hours to fully savour the tasting menu experience.
